Why: It’s a month sooner than Canada
Motivation: Because I can.
Goal: Finish with a smile on my face
Other races: This year? NYC Marathon, SF Half, Ironman USA. In the past? Ironman Canada ’04, Vineman, Wildflower Long Course x2, 5 marathons…and some other stuff.

Favorite tri gadget/gear items: aerobar drinking thing, endurolytes, Wheat Thins (do wheat thins count as gear?)
Favorite Books: Jane Eyre, Great Gatsby, To the Edge, Honeymoon with my Brother (for real, it’s a book)
Favorite Movies: Amelie, Breaking Away, Good Will Hunting
Favorite Songs/Artists: Guster before they sold out, Willie Nelson, Nickel Creek, Matt Nathanson
Favorite Workout Songs: I can’t admit that here and then spend the season with all of you (it’s on the Road Again w/ Willie Nelson? I don’t get it either - Raf)
Morning or Evening: morning. I once fell asleep at a bar

Favorite Eatery/Restaurant: Q in the Richmond, or any place that sells burritos
