Hi Skeeter,
Your motorcycle story is - well, encouraging to drive in with a roar so why not ? and therefore I am writing. Alexandra and I are related and by coincidence I also moved from Atlanta to SF. I am an MD - Pediatrician - Pharma / Biotech Infectious Diseases. My company was just bought and I am looking for opportunities so to speak. Personal intros are an important way… Do you happen to know (or more likely, do you know someone who knows ? - Dr. Larry Brilliant ? He has recently become the chief of Phylanthropy for Google and has a scenario analysis firm.
Cheers !
Juan
