Week 30 deets and on your own workouts
Tomorrow/Wednesday: We’ve got a coached track workout at either Kezar or Piedmont High School at 6:30pm.
Saturday/Sunday is “on your own”!
“On your own” workouts and how they work:
- If you truly want to do these workouts by yourself, make sure you let people know where you’re going and what time you’re expected back. Only for bike rides and runs, see the rest below.
- You can do on your own workouts with a teammate or two for all three sports. Do not swim in Aquatic Park or anywhere else open water by yourself. But you guys knew that right.
- If you live and run in the ‘hood or like to run in the woods, don’t run by yourself either.
- If you’re truly doing the bike or run solo, experiment with your “A” plan meaning don’t experiment with taking less water or no endurolytes etc or taking on a course you’ve never been on before.
- Do solo bike or run workouts in familiar places. Loop courses are best.
