In summary:
- Take a break from structured workouts.
- Spend time w/ people you care about.
- Try something new.
- Read a book that’s not related to swimming, biking, or running.
- Get your bike overhauled.
- Or, buy a new bike either a 2007 or get a deal on a 2006 bike.
- Throw out your dirty workout clothes.
- Become a mentor for the sport.
- Clean your dirty @ss house and other things you’ve neglected.
- Clean out your dirty @ss water bottles too.
