Sometimes events will kind of pass you by during Ironman season.  The SuperBowl is this weekend and the Bears and Colts are playing.  And you can do the workout this Sunday AND you’ll be watch the whole game with all of the fun commercials, guaranteed!

You can have SuperBowl snacks too, more or less guilt free because of this weekend’s workouts too (best part about doing an Ironman).
