First Sunday Coached Workout and Be Our Guest!
Sunday will be our first Coached Workout!!
When: We will meet at 10:00 AM SHARP!!
Where: College of Marin “Indian Valley Campus” in Novato (directions below)
What to bring: Bring your swim and run gear and be prepared to workout until 1:30 – 2:00
Why: Because you are not going to be ready for an Ironman distance race if you don’t train!!!

Be Our Guest!
Do you want one of your family and friends to join the IronTeam also? Bring them to the workout! Sunday is also our first “Be Our Guest Day! Now that you have signed up for the IronTeam, we want you to share this incredible experience with your friends. You can Bring A Friend (or Friends!) to the workout this Sunday. They can train with the team and see what it is like first hand. If your friend signs up, you get a PAIR OF COOL TNT SOCKS!!

Just have them fill out the one day liability form on the back of the “Be Our Guest” flyer in your Kick Off packet (it’s bright yellow).

Directions for Indian Valley Campus, College of Marin

§ 101 north to Ignacio Blvd Exit.
§ Take a left off of the freeway; Take another immediate left onto Ignaciao Blvd.
§ Take Ignacio 2+ miles to IVC.
§ Enter the College, go straight until the main road ends,
§ Turn left into the parking lot on your left, not the campus police lot.
§ You do not need to buy a parking permit, parking is free on Sunday.
§ The pool and locker room will be above on your right across the field.
