4.  Races You’ve Done and Would Do Again: Pacific Grove Triathlon, Santa Cruz Sentinel Triathlon, Alcatraz Challenge Duathlon, The Relay (199 mile relay from Calistoga to Santa Cruz).
5.  Why Ironman/IronTeam and Why Now: Ironman is the ultimate mental and physical challenge. I want to push myself to the limit, make some great friends, raise money for an excellent cause, and spend time with my wife, Robin. Why now? We want to have kids some day and I hear that raising a child can be just a bit time consuming.
6.  Favorite Tri Gear(s): Body Glide and my Garmin Forerunner 305–I’m a geek. . . with minimal chafing.
