This Saturday's Bike and Run
Canada and Edgewood will be the meeting site in the South Bay and the Sports Basement Presidio location for the North Bay. 8:30 START time for both locations, so be there about 15 minutes prior. Route explanations provided day of workout. Expect a 1 hour ride, and 35 minute run.
Bring the following items with you, at a minimum:
Bike
Sneakers
Riding clothes/Run Clothes (one in the same if you have the practice-otherwise use this workout as a test bed)
Gloves
Helmet
Bike shoes
Spare Tubes
CO2 or pump in case of flat
Water
Water bottles
Food
Towel, 2 of them, one to dry off on and the other to use for transition
Warm clothes to put on post workout
