Week #7: Turkey Week modifications
Monday: Rest as per schedule
Tuesday: Swim as per schedule
Wednesday: Athletes enhancer day for swim ( AM, if possible); Coached track (PM)
Thursday: Athletes enhancer day for bike or run
Friday: Swim as per schedule
Saturday & Sunday: Bike + run bricks as per schedule

If you are unable to fit a swim in on Turkey day due to most gyms being closed, then here is a modification that works just fine.
